Prince Rataul is a Co-Founder of Izana Payroll and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Washington. With a strong foundation in both accounting and technology, Prince plays a key role in building Izana’s modern payroll systems—designed to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and an outstanding client experience to small businesses across the U.S.

Prince holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Washington and a Master of Taxation from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. His career includes experience at top national firms such as Ernst & Young (Phoenix) and Deloitte Tax (Seattle), where he worked with a broad range of clients and collaborated closely with leading tax and legal professionals.

Before co-founding Izana Payroll, Prince joined Unity Business Advisors as a partner and serves as Chief Technology Officer. There, he focuses on integrating cutting-edge tools into tax and accounting workflows to improve both internal processes and client engagement. He brings that same forward-thinking approach to Izana Payroll, where he is passionate about leveraging technology to make payroll simpler, faster, and more reliable.

Prince thrives on helping business owners succeed—whether through efficient payroll processing, proactive planning, or scalable systems that support growth from startup to succession. His hands-on approach and commitment to innovation make him an essential part of Izana’s mission to serve small businesses with excellence.

Outside of the office, Prince enjoys life with his wife Inder and their two children, Sana and Zoravar. He loves traveling, staying active through sports, and exploring the local food scene with his family.
